The Mausskógur

Humanity has long since been eradicated, but hope has risen in the ashes: a full society made of sapient mice. The new mice live in and around the dead human's ruins and use their junk as weaponry and tools. They have made a home for themselves in this forest, but that doesn't mean that they are safe. Demons, ghosts, beasts and rats all threaten the lives of the new mice. You are an adventure mouse, braving these threats daily in a pursuit for riches, glory and purpose. The Mausskógur holds great wealth, for those lucky enough to find it.

This is a post-apocalyptic hexcrawl for Losing Games' rules-light "sword-and-whiskers" TTRPG, Mausritter. It takes heavy inspiration from the Icelandic sagas and the Mouseguard book series. It contains the hexcrawl and a detailed description of the fallen mouse city known as Iðandistórborg.
